We harvest traditionally with hands. Thanks to Elena y Alberto we finish to pick the olives. The same day I drive to the mill in Quiroga where it is possible to press the olives individually even with a smaller quantity.

Everything goes fine and now we are waiting for the olive oil to be ready and are very excited about the taste of the ecological extra virgin oil from Galicia.
